The Former Texas Rangers Association furnishes the Texas
Ranger Memorial Cross to members of the Association to mark their
honored Ranger's grave. These crosses are furnished at no cost to the members
of the association and are limited to one cross per member. Crosses are
shipped to the member's designated address and it is the responsibility
of the member to have the cross installed at the gravesite.
The FTRA will assist any member, who so desires, to have a memorial service
for their honored Ranger and will have a designated representative present at
the service, whenever possible.
The Board of Directors feel, by furnishing these crosses, we are keeping alive
the memory of the Rangers who have gone before us and are fulfilling our mission
to create landmarks relating to Texas Ranger history.
